More and more cosmetics brands choose synthetic fiber for their brushes for the concerns of vegan and budget-friendly.
We use the finest synthetic fiber that are made from top purity PBT filaments with great tips and spring. The vegan brushes we make have the best performance in softness, spring, powder-eating and shape-keeping etc…
Natural hairs
Natural hairs are basically used in the luxurious positioning brands brushes as they are more expensive than synthetic fibers.
Thanks to the natural cuticles on bristles surface, they pick up and deposit products more seamlessly, better to apply and blend all powder products, such as blushes and eyeshadows, to a brilliant and flawless finish than synthetic fibers.
Besides, we also can offer mix hair that we blend natural bristles and synthetic fiber in a proper ratio, which cost is lower than natural hair but keep the good performance.
The mix hair got a good balance between price and quality.
Brass
Brass is more expensive than aluminum ferrules, but its texture is obviously better, shinier, and looks more luxurious.
It is also sturdier and more durable, and less prone to damage.
Aluminum
This is a more cost-effective option than brass, offering greater design flexibility in colors and finishes.

Brush handles usually come in 3 material types – wood, plastic and metal.

Wooden brush handle has a light weight which offer a good appearance and natural effect to work. It is easy to do small MOQ orders if you take wooden brush; They are not expensive; it is easy to make any mould. You can do any painting color it it. All sorts of shapes and patterns can be made, which give you endless options to create something very unique. Colours are limitless and special effects can be used with a plastic handle. Metal plating can also be used over a plastic handle to give it a metallic look.

It looks premium but it is very heavy; This is most expensive option for makeup brush handle. Generally speaking they are applied on a luxurious brand brushes.
